Traversed the Priest, steep (1 mi x 3000') climb to the top.

More panning for water today. Do have to say though that a weekend hiker's idea of dry spring and my idea of dry spring are very different things.

Also have to say that the nice bubbling spring off trail a couple of miles before the shelter was very welcome.

Starts to rain fairly hard a short while after we get in. Good spring nearby<br />
