(Daily Mi: 15.9) Another pretty day with some very nice hiking. I was hungry all day though. Hit a roadhead with a nearby restaurant (.1 mi) and grocery store (.3 mi) at about 4 pm. Shopped first then had a cheeseburger sub and a large side of fries (when your dreams are simple, they can come true). We waddled back down the road and a half mile into the park. Choo Choo, Piper, Commander, Scout and I registered for a campsite together and split the $14 cost. Thor and Rocky pitched nearby.
