(Daily Mi: 10.0) Did my first slack pack today. Peg Leg drove me and Crusader back out to the trailhead and we hiked w/day packs up over a couple of mountains. Some nice hand-over-hand climbing at the end. Peg Leg met us at the other end with generic soda and ride back to the hostel. Pleasant way of doing business I admit (hope the Woodman doesn't hear about it)

Had dinner with Crusader and another thru hiker, Chile Pepper. We are all going to slack together tomorrow over Old Blue.
