To obtain personal support with an issue via email, please use the Support Contact form, or mail your inquiry to SUPPORT AT SOHPHIAKNOWS DOT COM including the name of the product or service in the message subject line. We try to answer all questions within two to three business days (and often much faster) but cannot gaurantee a timely response in all seasons.
